Sing Sing Employees Federal Credit Union is a not for profit cooperative, owned by its’ members. Credit Unions were founded on the idea that through a cooperative financial effort, individuals sharing common bonds could benefit. Credit Unions promote thrift, and income is passed along to its’ members in the form of higher dividends on all share accounts, IRA’s and Certificates of Deposits; as well as new and improved services to the members.
Sing Sing Employees Federal Credit Union was established in 1941, is chartered by the NCUA, and is federally insured up to $250,000 by the NCUA.
Sing Sing Employees Federal Credit Union provides banking services to a number of employee groups. Immediate family members of those affiliated with Sing Sing Employees Federal Credit Union, are encouraged and welcome to join.
